Two separate fully enclosed buildings with individual doors for each bay:

• 1. With 10 individual bays: 48’ (clear) depth with 14’ tall X 12’ wide lockable doors
• $300.00 deposit.
• $300.00 per month due on or before 1st of each month.
• Promo/Discounted annual rate paid up front = $3000.00.
• 2. With 6 individual bays: 38’ (clear) deep with 14’ tall X 12’ wide lockable doors.
• $250.00 deposit
• $250.00 per month due on or before 1st of each month.
• Promo/Discounted annual rate paid up front = $2500.00.



• First month rent can be prorated based on day of rental.
• Each building will have fire/smoke alarm and security cameras inside and out.
• The property will be open (not fenced in) allowing easy 24-hour access to your bay.
• Each building has exterior security lighting.
• Each bay has interior lights, electric door openers and between bay partition fencing.
• The following options are available and subject to additional fees depending on use:
  • 120V electrical circuit,
  • RV plug in
  • Water is available on site for general cleaning.

Note: These are storage bays only. If you make a mess, you must clean it up. Not for use as a repair/service/maintenance shop.
